  1. Registration and Quote Enquiry:
    Customers must register on Outletly.co.uk to initiate the selling process. Create a quote enquiry through the website system for the used clothes.
  2. Ticket Printing and Sending:
    After creating a quote enquiry, customers are required to print the provided ticket. Send the printed ticket along with the used clothes to the Outletly address.
  3. Transaction Identification:
    The printed ticket serves as a unique identifier for the transaction.
  4. Inspection and Acceptance:
    Outletly will inspect the received items. Funds will be assigned upon acceptance of the items meeting our requirements.
  5. Non-Compliance Handling:
    If the clothes do not meet our requirements, two options will be considered:
    • Disposal:
      Outletly reserves the right to dispose of the non-compliant items.
    • Return at Customer Expense:
      Outletly may return non-compliant items to the customer at their expense.
      If the received items value sum or Accepted Transactions amount is not enough to cover the return postage the items that do not meet our quality check will be disposed of.
  6. Customer Responsibilities:
    Customers are responsible for accurately providing information during registration and quote enquiry. Ensure the printed ticket is included with the sent items.
  7. Acceptance of Terms:
    By registering on Outletly.co.uk and initiating a quote enquiry, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
  8. Privacy and Data Security:
    Outletly will handle customer information securely and in accordance with privacy laws.
  9. Policy Changes:
    Outletly reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes.

Additional Clothing Requirements:

  1. Compliance Criteria:
    Clothes deemed compliant must meet the following conditions:
    • Good overall condition.
    • Free from significant damages.
    • Colors must be well-maintained and not faded.
    • Branded items must have their original tags inside which proves the originality.
  2. Non-Compliant Items:
    The following types of clothes are not considered compliant:
    • Work uniforms with a company logo.
    • School uniforms.
    • Indian clothes.
    • Charitable Clothing
    • Workwear
    • Handcrafted Knitwear for the Home
    • Specialized Sportswear (Judo Suits)
    • Educational Institution Uniforms
    • Customized Screen Printed/Embroidered Clothing (e.g., Hen Party T-shirts)
    • Assorted Trade Stock Items
    • Fake copies of branded Items
  3. Condition Assessment:
    Outletly reserves the right to assess the condition of items based on industry standards and its own criteria.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    Outletly aims to maintain a high standard for the clothes it accepts, ensuring they are suitable for resale.
  5. Discretionary Decisions:
    Decisions regarding compliance/non-compliance are at the discretion of Outletly and are final.
  6. Customer Notification:
    In the case of non-compliance, customers will be notified of the decision and the reason for it.
  7. Shipping:
    Shipping cost will be refunded once the package is received and accepted. However we might reserve the right to withdraw the shipping cost refund if the items received not meeting our quality check.
    In case if there is not enough money in your account under Accepted Transactions the clothes not meeting our quality check will be disposed. To prevent this situation we recommend to keep minimum balance of £20 or pay in required amount.
